Norma Roberts is an Implementation Project Manager at ScholarOne, a Clarivate Analytics business. For the past 12 years, she has worked with academic journals and publishers across the globe to oversee the implementation of their ScholarOne Manuscript journal and book sites. Since 2011, Norma has worked with SciELO Brazil to develop a best-practice master site, build nearly 200 ScholarOne Manuscript journal sites, provide training and support on the system, and oversee the rollout of the Portuguese and Spanish language UI on their sites. Additionally, she spoke about ScholarOne Manuscripts’ reporting tools at SciELO Brazil’s 2016 SciELO-ScholarOne Updating Course. Norma’s experience is in project management, training, scholarly publishing, editing and writing, distance education, and generally breaking down complex problems into manageable components.
