Professor at the Graduate Program in Information Science of the Federal University of Santa Catarina, working mainly with Scientific Publication and Open Access. Grant of Research Productivity by CNPq. Member of the Editorial Board of the UFSC Portal of Periodicals since 2009. Graduated in Social Communication by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and have a Master’s and Doctorate in Production Engineering by the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Holds a post doctoral research period at the Univeristy of Barcelona in 2013.
