Ivonne Lujano is DOAJ ambassador in Latin America. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from FLACSO Argentina. She is lecturer at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, College of Education. She has worked on best practices in journals publishing, for some scholarly communication initiatives such as Force11, Latindex, Redalyc, SciELO and SPARC. Ivonne writes and speaks on issues related to open access, scholarly communication, research policies and higher education. She has experience in leading courses on scholarly communication for students, teachers, librarians and researchers.
